My Story
I have been on my own journey of personal development for over 20 years, and it has been probably the single most important thing I have undertaken in my life so far.
It came about as a result of the most impactful period in my life which was a childhood growing up with an alcoholic parent. It was an unpredictable and sometimes fearful environment and consequently, I developed coping mechanisms and character traits that enabled me to survive as a child. However, these strategies did not serve me in my adult life. If anything they hindered and sabotaged me constantly. At the root of my issues was chronic low self-esteem and self-worth. I masked it well and to many I’m sure I was perceived as being outgoing, nothing could be further from the truth. Initially my journey took me to self-help groups such as ACOA, Al-Anon, and then Counselling. Whilst challenging at times I benefited hugely and eventually I decided I wanted to help others and so trained as a counsellor. As I continued my studies, I came across a modality called QTT (Quantum Thinking Transformation). I loved how this gently talking modality helped clients to access profound and lasting behavioural change to they could lived their best life in just a couple of sessions.
Today I work exclusively as a QTT Practitioner and a Personal Change Coach, helping women whose lives no longer fulfil them and who want to create a new life story for themselves.
Not everyone will have had a traumatic childhood, however family/friends/work obligations can often leave us feeling trapped, stuck or even a little lost. You may have lost a sense of who you are or maybe life circumstances haven’t yet allowed you to even know who You truly are.
I really believe we are meant to flourish in this life and in order to do so we have to be our own Champion. Having done the work myself I am confident that I can support you wherever you are in journey right now.

My Values
-
Safety - I recognise we are all unique and all see the world in our own personal way. I also understand that engaging in any sort of Personal Change work can make us feel vulnerable. I offer a safe space without judgement, where you can explore any aspect of your life.
-
Curiosity / Open mind - when we approach life with an open mind anything really is possible. For me being open not new experiences and ways of thinking are key to an inspiring life.
-
Self-Responsibility – Personal change work is a two way process. As your couch I bring my experience and qualifications to support you on your journey. It is my responsibility to be professional and maintain the highest standards with all my clients. As the client you too have responsibility.. You have a responsibility to engage in the process and to come with an open mind. You set the pace, however it would be remiss of me to say there can be Change without action on your part .

Fun – my hope that this will be an enjoyable process for you. It OK not to take ourselves seriously all the time. You are upgrading to a new you, and who wouldn’t want to have light heartedness and laughter in that.
