How does QTT work?

OTT works on the premise that it is practically impossible to achieve new positive desired outcomes in life while continuing to run the same old disempowering subconscious patterns from our past that got us to where we are in the first place.
We often set out with the best of intentions to change a behaviour or habit but quickly find ourselves reverting back to old ways of being. This is no one’s fault, we are not doing it consciously. Rather, these disempowering patterns of behaviours and limiting beliefs continue to run in our subconscious. This is why you may find yourself feeling stuck and unable to make the change you dearly want.

QTT does not require delving into the story/experience but the patterns we hold & the behaviour that is influenced by them.

What to expect?

During the sessions the client is guided through a process which uncovers and brings into awareness the subconscious patterns, belief systems and blocks which have been holding the client back. These patterns are the number one reason reason for preventing clients create or achieve the happiness relationships, career, friendships, money, health or lifestyle they want.

After this uncovering part of the process, gentle QTT techniques and methods are carried out which guide the client to render the old patterns inactive and replace them with new positive life enhancing beliefs about themselves. As a result of letting go the patterns and blocks, the client can move forward in life more easily, allowing themselves the freedom to make conscious choices that lead them to the life they dream of.
