What is Personal Change Coaching?

Personal Change Coaching is a process which helps you to make changes and move forward in your life. It is about you taking responsibility for your life and everything that’s in it. It involves evaluating and clarifying what’s working and what’s not.

How does Personal Change Coaching work?
​
Working with me we can look at where you are now, where you want to be and how you can move toward the life you desire. This is done over a number of sessions.

I believe coaching is most successful after completing QTT sessions in the first instance as this renders inactive old disempowering patterns, beliefs and blocks in the client’s subconscious mind. Doing the QTT work first, ensures much better progress when engaging in the Personal Change Coaching process.
After completing QTT I offer 6 wk and 12 wk packages.
